Do you sell retail?+
No. We sell wholesale B2B only — to second-hand shops, outlets and wholesalers.
Can I buy online?+
There is no cart or online payment. You agree the order with a manager on WhatsApp and by phone.
How can I see the goods before ordering?+
We send photos or video of available batches with the grade and an approximate description.
What is the delivery time?+
Usually 1–3 weeks after full prepayment is credited. Dispatch is from Warsaw and delivery is within Poland only.
Who pays for transport?+
The buyer pays transport. We can help arrange it; you may also use your own carrier or collect the goods.
What are the payment terms?+
100% prepayment by bank transfer against invoice before dispatch.
What is the minimum order?+
The minimum order is 20 kg for each assortment line.
